The Casper Youth Hub mobile app connects youth, parents, and guardians to Wyoming's free drop-in third space for ages 12 to 20. Hands-free check-in keeps the Hub accountable and families in the loop, in real time.

- See when your youth arrives at and leaves the Hub, in real time
- Register a new youth in minutes and sign each Hub policy with your typed name
- Manage household preferences, emergency contacts, media release, and departure policy
- Get notifications for messages, incidents, and upcoming events
- Re-sign expiring documents with one tap
- Turn presence tracking on or off. You decide whether the app uses location for check-ins

PRIVACY AND SAFETY BY DEFAULT
- Personally identifiable information is encrypted at rest and in transit
- LGBTQ+ self-identity for youth 13+ is controlled by the youth and never shared with parents
- Background checks, custody and no-contact flags, and mandated-reporter workflows are built in
- Full COPPA-compliant parental consent for youth under 13
- You can export or delete your family's data at any time

ABOUT THE HUB
The Casper Youth Hub is operated by Void Outreach Inc., a Wyoming 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The Hub is a safe, supervised space, not childcare. Youth may arrive and leave on their own schedule unless a family has requested a stricter departure policy.
