Request an emergency service: available tradespeople near you receive your request, you choose the one that suits you best, and you can track their arrival on the map. For jobs that can wait, choose the day and time that works best for you.

THE PRICE, NO UNPLEASANT SURPRISES
Each service displays a maximum price before booking. Your card is only pre-authorized: nothing is charged until the service is complete. The tradesperson sets the final price on-site, before starting, and never exceeds this maximum. Night (10 PM – 8 AM) and weekend surcharges are displayed before confirmation.

PAID ONLY WHEN IT'S DONE
Once the work is completed, you confirm it in the app: only the final price is charged, and the difference is automatically released. The invoice is sent by email.

ID, company registration certificate (Kbis or SIRENE certificate), and professional liability insurance are checked before the first service call. You can see customer ratings and reviews before choosing.

EASY CANCELLATION
Free as long as no tradesperson has accepted your request. For appointments, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If the tradesperson doesn't show up, you'll receive a full refund.
