## THREE LEVELS OF DETAIL

Choose the level before starting. The required photographs automatically adjust to the vehicle type.

**Light: 7 to 10 photographs**
A fast record covering the essentials, including both sides, front and rear, number plate, odometer and keys.

**Standard: 11 to 17 photographs**
A more detailed record, adding every wheel up close and further exterior and interior photographs.

**Comprehensive: 16 to 19 photographs**
The complete vehicle record, including areas such as the windscreen, roof and additional seating where applicable.

## EVERY HANDOVER PRODUCES A DOCUMENT

Every completed handover generates a PDF condition report that can be issued to the customer and remains stored in your history.

The report includes all photographs, condition questions and answers, recorded damage, vehicle registration, mileage, fuel level, signatures, date and time.

If the condition of a vehicle is ever questioned, there is a clear record of exactly how it was handed over.
