Notaku – Kasir Offline

Notaku is an offline cashier application for MSMEs, small shops, kiosks, home businesses, and service businesses. Manage inventory, sales, purchases, accounts receivable, cash/bank, income and expenses, print receipts, and business reports all in one application.

Notaku's main data is stored locally on the device, so transactions can be recorded without relying on an internet connection.

## OFFLINE CASHIER FOR DAILY TRANSACTIONS

Sell goods, services, and menu items in one transaction. Set quantity, price, or discount, select customer and cash/bank, then print a receipt after the transaction is complete.

Sales can be made in cash or on credit. On credit transactions can create customer receivables, including down payments and remaining balances.

## MANAGE ITEM STOCK

Manage items by category, unit, purchase price, selling price, barcode, photo, main supplier, stock, and minimum stock.

Inventory automatically changes between sales and purchases. Also available:

* Stock changes for damaged, lost, incorrectly entered items, supplier bonuses, and other needs
* Physical Stock Check for stocktaking
* Stock Card to view incoming and outgoing goods history
* Low stock notifications
* Negative stock settings
* Weighted average cost of goods
* Inventory Value Report

## PURCHASES AND RETURNS

Record purchases of goods from suppliers for cash or on credit. Purchases increase stock, and on credit transactions can create supplier debt.

Sales Returns and Purchase Returns are linked to the original transaction to ensure accurate recording of changes in stock, cash/bank balances, accounts payable, and receivables.

## PAYABLES AND RECEIVABLES

Monitor supplier accounts payable and customer accounts receivable from both on credit transactions and manual records.

Payment features include:

* Pay in part or in full
* Pay multiple bills from the same party at once
* Payment history
* Print payment receipts
* Cancel payments with history retained

## CASH, BANK, AND E-WALLET

Separate business funds across multiple accounts, such as store cash, bank accounts, or e-wallets.

Opening balances for Cash/Bank, transfers between accounts, manual income and expenses, transaction history, and Cash Reports are available.

## BUSINESS DASHBOARD AND REPORTS

Monitor turnover, gross profit, simple net profit, cash flow, transactions, and low stock levels through the dashboard.

## IMPORT AND EXPORT DATA

Import or export goods, services, menus, customers, and suppliers using Excel.

## BACKUP AND DATA SECURITY

Back up data to local storage or Google Drive. Notaku's backup package includes databases and item photos.

Available backup restore, optional Auto Backup while the application is in use, safety backup before restoring or resetting data, and biometric security if the device supports it.
