The layout of the unit and the all possible descriptions of the defects have been preset. Owner can even add photos and mark the location of defect on the floor plan. Simply use the smartphone to report the defects found in the unit and need not to go to the site in person. In addition, owner can check the defect status 24/7. This App can save not only the precious time of the owner but also the use of papers which can protect the world.
