Legado

Legacy isn't just another habit-tracking app.

It's a discipline system inspired by Roman Stoic philosophy, designed for the exact moment impulse strikes: pornography, social media, alcohol, gaming, sugar, procrastination.

There's no self-help jargon. No perfect streaks or empty celebrations. There's discipline, admitting your lapses, and getting back on the battlefield.

HOW IT WORKS

Each day you resist, your streak grows, and your character ranks up from Recruit to Legendary, through 7 levels.

Falling doesn't reset you. It sets you back. If the fall occurs within 7 days of the previous one, you drop a full level. If more time has passed, you return to the beginning of your current level. Falling is part of the journey; you never start from scratch.

WHAT YOU'LL FIND

FORG — Your headquarters: active streak, current level, and the RESIST THE IMPULSE button for critical moments.

ARSENAL — 279 tests in 7 categories (physical, mental, breathing, hydration, exploration, social, strategy), each with a neuroscience basis.

DOCTRINE — Audio library of narrated Stoic philosophy: Marcus Aurelius, Epictetus, Seneca.

LOG — Virtue radar and statistics of your actual progress.

PHILOSOPHY

Cold, direct, no frills. Legado demands — it doesn't motivate. The toughness is symbolic; the approach is compassionate: it never humiliates those who relapse, but neither does it pretend the fall didn't happen.
