Thinventory™ Mobile is exclusively designed for ByBox customers’ field users. Encompassing a range of ByBox services Thinventory™ Mobile is designed to make your life as a field engineer easier, reducing the time spent on admin and increasing time spent in the field.

Thinventory™ Mobile allows you to access ByBox App Lockers easily and quickly. The hi-tech Bluetooth-enabled App Lockers require no keys and no pin numbers, you just need the Thinventory™ Mobile app. You will be able to view all of your available App Lockers from your phone and control the boxes when you are at the location.

Thinventory™ Mobile allows field engineers to:

• View available App Locker locations to you as a user
• Easy access to App Locker door
• Track stock in and out of ByBox Smart Boxes
• Locate your nearest Smart Box location
• Condition items at point of return
• Order return labels to be delivered direct to your Smart Box
• Check the status of your delivery.
