BROKER-READY LAYOUT
- Contract No, Vessel Name, Shipped Via, destination and Terms (CFR, FOB, CIF...)
- Quantity in MT x commission per MT, with a quantity total
- Amount in words: "NINETY-THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FORTY US DOLLARS ONLY"
- Your bank name, SWIFT and IBAN under every total, plus your signature
- Also includes a Standard layout and a Services / Hourly layout

VAT DONE RIGHT
- Choose how VAT applies to each invoice: VAT charged at your rate, reverse charge for EU business clients, intra-EU supply of goods, export, exempt or not subject to VAT
- The legal wording is printed for you, for example the reverse charge note with its EU article
- Your VAT ID and your client's VAT ID appear on the invoice, with subtotal, VAT and total due
- An invoice can't be issued until the required VAT details are filled in, so nothing important goes out missing

E-INVOICES
Share any issued invoice as a structured e-invoice (UBL XML following the European standard EN 16931) next to the PDF, ready for accounting software and e-invoicing systems.

CLIENTS FROM YOUR CONTACTS
No second address book to maintain. Choose a contact and its name, postal address and country drop straight into the invoice. TinyInvoice doesn't even need permission to read your contacts: the system picker shares only the one you choose.

NUMBERS THAT NEVER SKIP
Carry on from your current number (for example 3458), with an optional prefix. Numbers are assigned only when you issue, so abandoned drafts leave no gaps. Issued invoices are locked; void and duplicate to correct one.
