5sec: App Blocker & Pause Time

📱 Break the Habit of Automatic Scrolling

5sec is a mindful app blocker that adds a short pause before opening distracting apps.
It helps you slow down, reflect, and choose intentionally instead of opening apps on autopilot.

Most of us unlock our phones and open apps without thinking.
5sec interrupts that habit with a brief pause — creating awareness and helping you build healthier focus habits.

❓ Why 5sec?

We open apps automatically, not intentionally

Mindless scrolling drains time and focus

Small pauses can change behavior

5sec adds just 5 seconds — enough to think, breathe, and decide.
