Kinetic Pilates is a Classical Pilates Studio in North London. We offer a full range of classes including private sessions and group classes, in studio and online. All instructors are Romana’s Pilates Certified and Kinetic Pilates offers the only Romana’s Pilates Instructor Training Programme in the UK. This certification is world recognised and considered to be one of the most comprehensive and well respected certification in the industry.
Kinetic Pilates has a fully equipped studio and uses only classical equipment from the world’s best suppliers, including Gratz, Legacy, Contrology and Purist. We offer Private Sessions, Reformer Classes, Group Equipment Classes and Mat Classes. Whether you are an absolute beginner, injured, rehabbing, or a Pilates professional we have a session or class that will fit your needs.
Kinetic Pilates is well known for offering continuing professional education for Pilates instructors both in studio and online and is recognized worldwide as a centre for excellent opportunity to continue learning. Kinetic Pilates hosts guest teachers from all over the world and offers opportunity to train with Master Instructors several times a year.
