Nous vous demandons de porter des bandages / sous gant pour les mains tout au long du parcours, afin de protéger vos mains et vos poignets lorsque vous frappez le sac.
Veuillez apporter votre propre paire ou nous avons des sous-gants de boxe disponibles à l'achat au studio.

If it is your 1st time coming to OUTBOXE please arrive 15 minutes before the start of you class for your induction. You can not attend class if you haven't had an induction.
We require that you wear hand wraps throughout the class, in order to protect your hands and wrists while punching the bag.
Please bring your own pair or we have slip-on wraps available to purchase at the studio.
