BSH Asset Management is a professional asset and inventory tracking application developed for corporate companies. It allows field personnel to perform asset counts by scanning barcodes, document them with photos, and securely transfer data to the central company system.

This application is only accessible to authorized company users. Access requires logging in with the Turkish Republic Identity Number and password provided by the company. The application is a mobile complement to the web-based PM84 Terminal system.

KEY FEATURES

• Fast Barcode Scanning
Instantly scan 1D and 2D barcodes with the device's camera. It offers autofocus, low-light operation, and fast matching support.

• Asset Counting
Select location (warehouse, department, or branch), find asset records by scanning barcodes or manually searching. Enter the count quantity, add your notes, and confirm.

• Photo Documentation
Add photos from the camera or gallery to each asset record. Visually document the current state of the asset. Photos are automatically optimized and uploaded to the server.

• New Asset Registration
Create new barcodes for assets not in the system, enter product information, and record them by taking photos.

• Offline Operation
You can perform inventory counts even without an internet connection. All records are securely stored on the device and automatically synchronized when internet access is available.

• Multiple Location Support
Supports your company's location, area, and department structure. Users can only perform operations in locations assigned to them.

• Profile Management
View and update user profile information and change your password.

WHO IS IT FOR?

This application is not a consumer product intended for individual users. Target Audience:
- Corporate field personnel conducting asset and inventory counts
- Employees authorized to access the company's asset management system
- Audit teams conducting location-based counts and reporting

PERMISSIONS

The application only requests permissions necessary for its functionality:
• CAMERA — Barcode scanning and asset photography
• INTERNET — Secure (HTTPS) transmission of data to the central server

Since photo selection from the gallery is done via the Android System Photo Picker, no additional media permission is required.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

The application does not collect any personal data for marketing purposes, does not share it with third parties, and does not display advertisements. All server communication is carried out via the encrypted HTTPS protocol. Personal data is processed within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
