brightEvents

brightEvents is the official companion app for conferences, summits, and corporate events running on the brightEvents platform. Whether you're attending, speaking, or running the show, everything you need for the event is in one place.

FOR ATTENDEES
• Digital ticket & badge — skip the printed badge, check in with your phone
• Live agenda — browse sessions, speakers, and schedule changes in real time
• Speaker & exhibitor directory — see who's presenting and who's exhibiting
• Venue map & AR navigation — find your way to any session or booth
• Live polls & Q&A — take part in sessions as they happen
• Leaderboard & gamification — earn points and see how you rank
• Awards — track and apply to your event's award program, where available
• Invoices & payments — view your registration invoices and payment status
• Push notifications — get reminders and updates as the event unfolds

FOR EVENT STAFF & ORGANISERS
• Fast badge scanning — QR and NFC check-in, built for busy entrance lines
• Works offline — check-in keeps working without a connection and syncs automatically once you're back online
• Live check-in dashboard — track attendance and check-in rate as it happens
• Exhibitor lead capture — scan attendee badges to collect leads at your booth
• CRM tools — manage contacts, prospects, and companies on the go
• Jury & awards management — review and score award submissions
• Finance tools — track registrations, invoices, and payments
• Incident reporting and run-of-show tools for on-site teams

Secure by design: unlock the app with Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint — your biometric data never leaves your device. Available in English, Arabic, French, and Spanish.

brightEvents powers events for organisations that use the brightEvents platform. If your event runs on brightEvents, this is your app for it.
