Drive Log: Permit Hours

Drive Log keeps track of the supervised driving hours your teen needs for
their learner's permit — and it can't lose them.

No account. No login. No cloud. Everything stays on the phone, which means
there is no server that can go down, no password to reset, and nobody's
hours to lose in a migration.

ONE TAP TO START
Big start button. Tap it when you pull out, tap it when you park. The timer
keeps running with the screen off, and it survives the app closing or the
phone restarting — your hours are saved the moment the drive begins, not
when it ends.

DAY AND NIGHT, WORKED OUT FOR YOU
Most states require a set number of night hours. Drive Log calculates local
sunrise and sunset and splits each drive automatically, using your own
state's definition of "night". No stopwatch maths at the kerb.

BUILT AROUND YOUR STATE'S RULES
All 50 states and DC are included, with the total hours, night hours, and
minimum permit-holding period each one asks for. Sources are cited in the
app, and anything we could not confirm from an official state source is
marked so you can double-check it with your DMV.

A PDF YOUR DMV CAN ACCEPT
Export a clean, printable log with every drive, day/night totals, your
state's requirement alongside, and a parent or guardian signature line.

NEVER LOSE YOUR HOURS
Back up every drive to a file you keep. Restore it on a new phone. Nothing
passes through us, because there is no us to pass through.

NO ADS. ANYWHERE.
Not on the timer, not on the history, not while you finish a drive.
