About eBike Flow

Everything is connected - motor, battery, remote control, display.... making the app your control centre and the core of your smart system eBike. All with the aim of ensuring an individual eBike experience. Thanks to the deep integration of the app into the smart system and over-the-air updates, you benefit from new functions and services that regularly improve your eBike.

***Important note: This app only works in combination with eBikes with the smart system by Bosch eBike Systems.***

eBIKE FLOW APP - ADD ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS TO YOUR SMART SYSTEM eBIKE
The eBike Flow app easily connects your eBike to the internet, automatically keeps it up to date and makes it even better over time - for more riding fun combined with the possibilities of modern technology.

UPDATES OVER-THE-AIR
With the app, your eBike not only stays up to date, but also gets better and better. You can download new eBike functions and updates for components such as the battery or motor via WiFi or mobile phone and then simply transfer them to the eBike via Bluetooth.

ACTIVITY TRACKING
As soon as you start pedaling, your eBike records all tour and fitness data. Fully automatic - you don't have to worry about anything. The collected fitness data can easily be transferred to your Apple Health profile.

HOME SCREEN
Distance travelled, current battery status or the next service appointment: The eBike Flow app provides you with all information about your bike at a glance.

INDIVIDUAL RIDING MODES
With the eBike Flow app, you can adapt the four riding modes ECO, TOUR, SPORT and TURBO to your individual requirements. Increase the support in TOUR mode or reduce the power consumption in TURBO - anything goes.

SMARTPHONE IN YOUR POCKET
You can leave your smartphone in your pocket while riding because it remains connected to your eBike via Bluetooth Low Energy. Everything still works, whether downloading an update or recording your training data.

SETTINGS
In the app settings, you can configure and personalise the app according to your wishes. For example, you can change your user name or delete your tracked activity data. You can also sign up for the newsletter or give feedback on the product.
In the eBike settings, you can centrally view and define all information and settings for your pedelec.

HELP
Do you have a question about your eBike with the smart system? The Help Centre of the eBike Flow app provides the answer. Clearly structured explanations about the app, components or connection help you immediately. And you can also contact our support directly via the app.
