About Skitgubbe - Card Game

Skitgubbe is the classic Swedish card game – now in a fast, beautiful and genuinely fun app. Play friends online or challenge smart bots whenever you have five minutes to spare.

TWO DISTINCT PHASES

1. The Gather Phase
Play cards to win tricks and build the best possible hand. If someone leads an eight, you must play an eight if you have one – rank obligation applies. Every card you take home now becomes ammunition for phase two. The last card in the deck decides the trump suit.

2. The Play Phase
Now it gets real. Use the hand you gathered and get rid of every card you hold. You have to beat the card on the table – higher in the same suit, or trump. The last player still holding cards is the Skitgubbe.
