Apricot Mobile

Bonterra's Apricot Mobile is built for the frontline workers seeking an easy to use tool that actually meets you where you work.
Whether you're in a shelter, on a home visit, or wrapping up a session with a client, Apricot Mobile lets you capture what matters fast, before the details fade.

Note Capture, powered by Que
Speak your notes in the moment. Our AI transcribes your words, structures them, and maps them directly to your Apricot form fields. You review, adjust, and save -- it's that simple. No more spending hours at a desk reconstructing what happened hours ago.

Mobile-First Data Entry
Access the Apricot forms your admin has enabled for mobile, complete them for new or existing participants, and save as draft records that sync back to Apricot for final review on the web.

Participant Quick View
See the information you need before a meeting: key fields and recent interactions, right at your fingertips.

Draft Management
All your mobile-created drafts are in one place. Review, edit, and update them anytime before they're finalized in Apricot desktop.

Built for Real Field Conditions
Secure OAuth 2.0 login. A fast, thumb-friendly interface designed for when you don't have time to wrestle with technology.

Apricot Mobile is a companion to Apricot, not a replacement. Field data originates here, while review and finalization happen on the web. Together, they close the gap between client interaction and quality documentation.
