About GutLog: Food & Bloating Log
Bloating rarely comes out of nowhere. It comes from something you ate — often hours earlier, often a food you eat every week without ever suspecting it.
GutLog finds it by keeping two records side by side: what you ate, and how you felt.
WHAT YOU DO
• Log a meal in seconds — breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack. You tag each one high, moderate or low risk.
• Rate 6 symptoms on a slider: bloating, cramping, diarrhea, constipation, fatigue and brain fog.
• Begin with a 4-question gut check that estimates how sensitive you are to FODMAPs.
WHAT YOU GET
• A daily gut score and a running streak, so one messy day doesn't erase the picture.
• A ranked trigger list. Each ingredient is labelled confirmed, possible or worth watching, with the reason it was flagged — and it always says whether the finding came from your own logs or from a general baseline.
• Meal and symptom history you can scroll back through at any time.
• Optional reminders: three around meal times, one in the evening for symptoms.
FREE AND PRO
Your number one trigger is always free to see. GutLog Pro unlocks the rest of the ranked list. Monthly or annual, managed in Google Play, cancel any time.
GutLog is available in 14 languages.
GutLog is a food and symptom journal. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition and is not a substitute for advice from your doctor.
