Rental Condition Report

Keep a clear rental condition record before you hand over the keys. Rental Condition Report helps renters and small landlords organize property details, room checklists and inspection notes in one local workspace.

DOCUMENT A WALKTHROUGH
- Record the property name, address, inspector and inspection date.
- Work through room-by-room condition checklists.
- Add inspection areas and keep condition statuses and notes together.
- Save the inspection on your device and return to it later.

REVIEW YOUR RECORD

- Finalize a completed inspection.
- Open a selectable text report to review and copy your observations.
- Add labels for evidence you keep separately. This version stores evidence metadata, not photo files.

LOCAL RECORDS, NO ACCOUNT
The core record-keeping workflow works without an account or an always-on connection. Advertising and Google Play purchases use online services. The app does not provide cloud sync.

FREE WITH OPTIONAL AD REMOVAL
Use the core features for free with advertising. An optional one-time lifetime purchase removes banner and interstitial ads from this app. There is no subscription and no additional feature unlock. The current price is shown by Google Play before purchase.

IMPORTANT LIMITS
This version does not capture photos, generate PDFs or provide digital signatures. It organizes your own observations; it is not legal advice, an inspection certification, proof of liability or a guarantee of a deposit or dispute outcome.
