Rotation Fix: Per-App Control

Rotation Fix gives you control over screen orientation, globally or separately for each app.

Set a preferred orientation for any app:
• Landscape
• Reverse landscape
• Portrait
• Reverse portrait
• Auto-rotate
• Four-way auto-rotate

Per-app orientation rules
Different apps work better in different directions. Set games to landscape, reading apps to portrait, video apps to landscape, or let other apps use Android's default. Rotation Fix applies the right setting automatically when each app opens.

Use Rotation Fix when:
• An app is stuck in portrait or will not rotate to landscape
• Auto-rotate behaves incorrectly
• A game, video app, tablet app, or foldable opens the wrong way
• You need reverse portrait or reverse landscape

Quick and reversible
Start or restore rotation from the app or Quick Settings. The persistent notification also includes a one-tap Restore action.

No Accessibility service
Rotation Fix uses a transparent, non-touchable overlay to request orientation. Per-app rules use Android Usage Access only to identify the current foreground app. No Accessibility permission is required.

Important
Android manufacturers and individual apps may handle orientation differently. Some apps, protected windows, system screens, or OEM interfaces may prevent forced rotation. Rotation Fix can control orientation in many situations, but cannot guarantee that every app will adapt its layout correctly.
