About Polar PsychoControl/Correction
This revolutionary app allows, for the first time in global practice, to monitor and correct one's psycho-emotional state using the physiological parameter (DAS) using a smartphone, anytime and anywhere.
The Polar PsychoControl/Correction app works with the Polar h10 chest heart rate monitor and is designed to assess a person's psycho-emotional state (PES) by defining five levels.
PES levels are determined based on the magnitude of the heart's respiratory arrhythmia (DAS - the difference between the heart rate during inhalation and exhalation) and reflect the psycho-emotional state of any person, according to age, during effortless abdominal breathing at a rhythm set by the app.
After each training session, the results are displayed: the PES assessment (5 levels), a 1-minute heart rate monitor, the breathing rhythm, and the DAS value.
All training results are saved and can be viewed and analyzed.
Importantly, the app continuously generates a 7-day summary graph of PES dynamics and changes in the DAS value.
