About IronConnect Pro

IronConnect Pro is used to manage the Ironhand glove system from Bioservo Technologies. The app is used by both distributors and customers using the Ironhand. For full access, the application requires an account from Bioservo.

The application allows superusers to manage installations of Ironhand systems, functions included are:

Assignments
Through the App, superusers can get an overview of installations. Gloves and Power Packs can be assigned to specific Operators, or reassigned to new Operators if needed.

Status Information
IronConnect Pro shows current status on Gloves and Power Packs, eg Glove assignments, time since last upload to BioCloud or if any errors has occurred on system components.

Diagnostics
Potential errors are logged and available online for further analyses.

Analyses and Reports
Analyses can be set up for all or specific operators connected to an installation. Reports showing information on grasps, frequency, duty cycle, forces and risk assessments etc are available either in the app or can be shared.

Ironhand Configuration
IronConnect Pro can also be used to configure Ironhand systems the same way as in the IronConnect app. Configuration is performed over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. To connect, the Ironhand needs to be in Access Point mode. Settings such as force balance, linking of sensors, threshold and locking tendency can then be stored in a profile on the glove.
