LaundryAman: Laundry Near Me

Find a laundry near me, order from your phone, and choose pickup and delivery or drop-off. LaundryAman connects you with neighbourhood laundries that wash by the kilo or by the piece, and Jaminan Aman looks after your clothes until they are back in your hands.

Jaminan Aman on every order
• Your laundry is weighed and the scale display is photographed.
• Items are photographed and counted by type, then reach the app as a receipt for you to confirm.
• Every bag is labelled and scanned at each stage: wash, dry, iron, pack.
• Items are counted again before handover.
• Handover uses a 4-digit Kode Serah that only your phone shows.
• Something missing or damaged? File a claim from the order; the photos and counts are the evidence.

For customers
• Laundries near you: compare distance, services, ready times and reviews.
• Services depend on the outlet: wash and iron by the kilo, wash dry fold, ironing only, laundry by the piece, express, dry cleaning, shoe cleaning, bed covers, blankets and carpets.
• Pickup and delivery by the outlet's courier, or drop off and collect yourself.
• Live order status and a notification when your laundry is ready.
• Pay the outlet directly: cash, the outlet's QRIS, or bank transfer.
• Chat with the outlet without sharing your phone number.
• Counter orders can join your account through the receipt or your account QR.

For laundry owners and staff
• Register your outlet with no franchise fee.
• Cashier mode for walk-in customers, commission-free.
• Take app orders, plan pickups and deliveries, print receipts and bag labels on a Bluetooth thermal printer.
• Weigh, photograph and count in one flow; scan bags at every production stage.
• Live order board, customer book and sales reports.
• Commission applies only to app orders and is billed monthly.
