Bowenwork Fitness has multiple facets to help you set and reach your goal of total body fitness. We offer Fitness Training to help improve your body movements. Exercises using bodyweight, resistance bands, stability ball, pilates ball, TRX, and weights to help with strength and flexibility. Cardio workouts and audio running programs to strengthen your heart and lungs. We use the Biomechanics Corrective Exercises to help bring your body back into balance and feel better. As an additional facet, we have Nutritional Counseling to help you use food to reach your goal of total body fitness.
The Bowenwork Fitness app has workouts in video, audio, and written formats with the ability to track your progress. The library of workouts is continually expanding.
