Welcome! You're here because you are committed to a life full of movement and wellbeing!
What is Wellbeing? It's literally defined as "the state of being comfortable, having positive emotions about one's self-perceived health, having longevity, healthy behaviors and a life full of productivity". At the end of the day, it's the goal to not just live longer, but for that longevity to have meaning and quality? If you agree, you're in the right place!
I'm Casey McNutt - Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and your Wellbeing Partner. My role as a Coach is to assist you with developing healthy habits that elongate your life and give you the most rewarding quality of life possible. It's one thing to have a trainer point at a dumbbell and watch you go through the motions... but don't you want to know WHY? What is the reason behind this particular exercise? Why does my knee hurt and how can I keep this from happening? What about this salad diet is keeping me from losing weight and having so little energy? There are answers to it all and to have a life full of health and movement, it's important that you have an understanding of your own body's amazing abilities... and it's limitations.

I offer virtual "movement" coaching across multiple modalities such as overall fitness, yoga, running, weight training, and more. Our goals are not all the same and neither should our workouts be the same! Together, we'll develop healthy lifelong habits that are important for you, plan and train for your next 5K, receive guidance about general nutrition, how to lose weight, how to gain weight, prepare for that pregnancy, or even get our legs ready for that Appalachian Trail hike! The benefits to personal virtual coaching include:
- No Appointments to rush to - it's literally ALL on your own schedule
- No Gym Memberships required... unless you want to! My programs assimilate to your preferences and the equipment you already have (and assist with what you might need). Socialization is an important part of general health and helping you find a studio/gym that suits your goals is also part of the process!
- Totally Customized Programs with as much or as little coaching as you desire.
- Small Group Webinar Sessions to educate yourself and have Q&A time.

My programs are all viewed through the app and I am able to follow and assist you along the way with videos, voice messages, texts, and all other methods of communication. I'll be the encourager in your back pocket who wants you to succeed and never coaches with judgement. Let's get started with your own lifelong wellbeing today!
