Who I Am

Alfonso Gonzalez was born in 1979 in a small town in Colorado who’s ambition to serve his country sent him all over the United States and gave him the opportunity to meet and work with many amazing people. He proudly served for over twenty-one years in the United States Marine Corps.

It was during that time he discovered his passion for helping others through exercise and fitness. He has led and trained thousands of Marines throughout his career in not only exercise and fitness, but the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program, and as a Combat Marksmanship Trainer as well.

His passion was further fueled by the passing of his father due to health complications caused by a poor nutritional lifestyle which encouraged him to seek further education in health and wellness. He not only has real world experience but has also been certified through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), Level 1 Crossfit, and Queenax.

My Mission

My mission is to help men and women who have found themselves with a few extra inches around their waist and getting short of breath a lot more often due to their busy family life and demanding career.

I want to encourage them to take charge of their lives by teaching them ways to live healthier lifestyles, giving them the opportunity to live a longer more functional life, and enjoy more time with their loved ones. I will do so by equipping them with the knowledge, action plan, and motivation to grow in their fitness levels, eating habits, and positive mindsets.

I believe in leading by example and only recommend the things that I have found to be tried and true. All of the information I will share comes from years of experience and is passed on for others to learn from my mistakes and not their own. I care deeply for their success and take a personal interest in seeing others achieve their goals.
