BetterPuck

BetterPuck organizes pickup hockey games that are commitment free and pay per game. If you can’t find a game, join the matchmaking Queue! Just tell us when, where, and who you want to play with, we’ll take it from there.

WHY WE BUILT IT
Data shows most adults stop playing in organized leagues after minor hockey. We don’t think it’s because they stop loving the game, it’s just that the existing options fall short. Leagues are rigid and intense. Shinny is unreliable. Private games are invite-only on a set schedule.

Adults need a solution tailored to their busy lives.

HOW IT WORKS
- Browse upcoming games with open spots
- Or, join the matchmaking Queue
- Queue solo, as a party, or fully private games
- We guarantee two goalies and a ref
- We book the ice, collect payments, and keep games full
- You show up and play a great game of pickup

No teams to form. No seasonal fees and commitments. Just flexible, reliable puck.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
Our real Queue and matchmaking system pools player demand until games can form. It connects players and groups so noone is responsible for filling the game themselves, and it unlocks more ice times, especially off-peak hours, when supply is widely available and costs are lower.

MADE FOR BUSY ADULTS
- Play on your schedule
- Set your preferred game type (casual or competitive) and Pace level (1-5)
- Join solo or with friends
- Only pay for the games you play

We’re building a better way to play puck. Join us and invite your friends. For adult men and women.
