About BeatInterval

Track everyday timing tasks on a single device with no account or cloud sync.

The app includes three core timing modes:
stopwatch for open-ended timing and laps,
countdown for named one-off sessions with pause and +1 minute control,
and interval plans with multiple stages and repeat cycles.

The home screen shows active sessions at a glance, so you can return to any running timer quickly. Presets let you keep common countdowns and interval plans for later use, and the history view keeps completed sessions organized with duration, pause count, lap results, and stage results.

You can adjust sound, vibration, reminder behavior, screen-on preference, theme, and text size in Settings. The guide page explains how running sessions are restored and how interval cycles work, while the privacy page confirms that timing data stays on the device.

All features are designed for offline use. There are no ads, no sign-in flow, no push messages, and no requirement to stay connected for core timing actions.
