Beast Insights

Beast Insights puts your payments analytics on your phone.

Track how your business is really performing — revenue, approval rates, chargebacks, refunds and profitability — without opening a laptop or waiting for a report.

IMPORTANT: Beast Insights is a business tool for existing customers. Accounts are provisioned by our team and there is no public sign-up. If your company does not already use Beast Insights, you will not be able to log in.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• See today at a glance
Open the app and get your key numbers immediately — sales, transaction counts, approval rate and refunds, each with the change against the previous period.

• Follow the trend
Interactive charts show how your metrics move over time, so you can tell a normal fluctuation from a real problem.

• Understand approvals and declines
Approval rates broken down across your payment setup, so you can see where transactions are being lost.

• Keep an eye on chargebacks and refunds
Monitor dispute and refund activity as it develops instead of finding out at the end of the month.

• Switch between companies
Manage more than one business or client account? Switch between them in a couple of taps, without logging out.

• Choose your time period
Today, the last 7 days, the last 30 days and more — every screen updates to the period you pick.

• Read it the way you like
Full light and dark themes, with a layout built for phones rather than a desktop dashboard squeezed onto a small screen.

BUILT FOR PAYMENTS BUSINESSES

Beast Insights is used by business owners, operations teams and the analysts and consultants who support them. If your revenue depends on card transactions getting approved and staying approved, this is the view you want in your pocket.

SECURITY

Your session is protected using your device's secure keystore. All data is sent over encrypted connections, and you only ever see the accounts your login is authorised for.
