About ベストシミュレーション高校野球
A full-fledged high school baseball training simulation dedicated to all high school baseball fans and simulation game enthusiasts!
The "ultimate realistic one-pitch calculation logic" cultivated through the highly acclaimed "Best Simulation Pro Baseball (Manager Edition)" and "GM Edition Best Simulation Pro Baseball" has finally evolved into the third installment of the Best Simulation Baseball series: [High School Baseball Edition]! Instead of focusing on directing a single game as a manager, or assembling a team as a GM, you'll take on the role of manager of an unknown school, nurturing the team itself over many years—it's not the players, but the "school" that grows. Develop players who inevitably change every three years, build reputation, and aim for victory at Koshien from an unknown school. For all baseball and training game lovers—those who "love training games," "find the thrill of raising a weak team into a powerhouse," and "want to feel attached to the school they've nurtured for many years"—this is a no-compromise, full-fledged high school baseball simulation game.
This Game's Overwhelming Attention to Detail & 7 Key Features
1: Authentic Simulation by the Pitch & RPG-Style Development System Where the School Itself Grows The meticulous calculation logic that builds results with each pitch, cultivated in the original Best Simulation Pro Baseball, has been adapted for high school baseball. Furthermore, the main focus of this game is not individual players, but the "school." The accumulation of practice is built up as "reputation" for the school, which is reflected in the quality of the following year's freshmen and the school's rank. Experience RPG-style school level-up, where this year's efforts become next year's strength.
2: 47 Prefectures, Each with a Different "Road to Koshien" & Conquering All 47 Prefectures The number of participating schools and the scale of the tournament differ from prefecture to prefecture, meaning that even with the same "going from an unknown school to Koshien" goal, the path taken is different in each prefecture. After winning the Koshien championship, you can transfer to a new prefecture in a separate slot and start over from scratch, developing a new unknown school. It's also fun to hone your skills in a region with relatively few games to Koshien and then challenge the strong teams in the Tokyo metropolitan area. 3: Realistic Strategy and "Two-Way Player" Development & Utilization Unique to High School Baseball Talented players excelling in both pitching and batting can thrive as full-fledged "two-way players" through practice and position settings! You can freely implement flexible and realistic player selection and position changes unique to high school baseball, such as "starting the ace in center field to avoid stamina depletion from pitching consecutive games, and sending him to the mound in critical situations in the later innings," or "using his batting skills in the outfield after the pitcher has been taken out of the game."
4: AI-Powered Strategy & Development Policy Function for Busy Players By pre-setting strategy policies such as "instructing more bunting" or "trusting the ace," and development policies such as "focusing on offense" or "focusing on mobility," the AI automatically replicates your team's style of play and development, even if you skip games or practices. You can quickly progress through the game by advancing weekly.
5: Players change every three years, names change to deepen attachment, and an alumni directory. All players on your team at the start of the game, as well as the names of new recruits who join each year, can be freely changed. "I definitely want this player to be a regular!"—You can give your favorite players a unique name. Graduated players are recorded in the alumni directory, including their paths to professional, university, and corporate teams, creating a history unique to your school.
6: Watch games with dynamic pixel art players & evolve training environments through facility investment. Watch games with charming pixel art visuals that intentionally limit the number of colors. You can carefully observe the trajectory of the ball and great plays. Grounds, indoor practice facilities, gym, cafeteria, dormitories—as you accumulate reputation and raise your school rank, you can invest in more facilities, improving the quality of training itself.
7: Another form of competition where multiple saves intersect. You can develop different schools in parallel using up to three save data files. Furthermore, you can even have your own developed school appear as an opponent in another save file, allowing you to experience a truly unique battle against your own honed rival school in a serious Koshien tournament.
Main Features and Game Modes
• Tournament Mode: Completely recreates the entire high school baseball tournament cycle, from the summer regional tournaments to Koshien (national tournament), autumn tournaments, and spring tournaments (Senbatsu).
• Flexible Lineups & Two-Way Player Use: Fully supports rearranging batting order and defensive positions, as well as using pitchers as fielders and switching positions during games (pitcher ⇄ fielder).
• Free Name Editing: You can freely change the names of all team members at the start of the game, and the names of new students each year, at any time.
