This application provides access to data publicly available at www.finwave.io, including but not limited to identification photos and associated encounter details as well as animal profiles.


**TERMS & CONDITIONS**
These terms and conditions of service are a legal binding agreement between you and Bay Cetology governing your use of the finwave Application. By using the app, you agree to be bound by the following Terms: The finwave App and all the trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to the owner of the app, Bay Cetology. The finwave App and all of its content, including, but not limited to, images, text, graphic designs such as logos and icons must not be copied, modified or republished in any way without permission from Bay Cetology. Any attempt to extract the source code of the finwave App, translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions is not permitted. The finwave App stores and processes your name, email address and password, as stated in our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. If we terminate the finwave app, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device. Bay Cetology reserves the right to change the Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued access and use of the app after such changes indicates your acceptance of the Terms as modified.
