Batsirai: Restaurants & Events

Batsirai is Zimbabwe's premium lifestyle app for restaurant bookings and event tickets — all in one place, all paid securely.

Book a table at a verified restaurant or grab a ticket to the country's best events without bouncing between WhatsApp, Instagram and phone calls. Every venue and organiser on Batsirai is reviewed by our team before going live.

— RESTAURANTS —
• Browse verified restaurants across Harare, Bulawayo, Victoria Falls and beyond
• See real menus, prices, opening hours and amenities
• Reserve a table in seconds — the restaurant confirms availability, then you secure it with a small commitment fee that comes off your final bill on arrival
• Save your favourites and view restaurants on the map
• Read and write verified reviews after dining

— EVENTS —
• Buy tickets to concerts, festivals, comedy shows, sports and cultural events
• Multiple tiers — General, VIP, group bookings
• QR ticket delivered instantly to your phone, with a backup code for entry
• Get reminders before your event starts

— PAYMENTS —
• Pay through Pesepay — Zimbabwe's trusted payment processor
• Your card details never touch Batsirai's servers
• Commitment fees go directly to the restaurant; ticket payments go directly to the organiser. Batsirai never holds your money
