Bastion: Reels & App Blocker

Bastion: Focus & App Blocker

Take back your time, reduce distractions, and build better focus habits with Bastion.

Bastion is a focus and distraction blocker for Android designed to help you study, work, and stay focused without completely disconnecting from the apps you use every day.

Instead of blocking an entire app, Bastion can target specific distracting features such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts while keeping the rest of the app available when you need it.

Focus on what matters without giving up the parts of your phone that are actually useful.

KEY FEATURES

APP BLOCKING

Choose the apps that distract you most and block them during your focus sessions. Bastion helps create a distraction-free environment for studying, working, reading, or deep work.

FEATURE BLOCKING

Block specific distracting features instead of blocking an entire application. For example, you can block Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts while continuing to use Instagram or YouTube for messaging, communication, education, or other useful purposes.

FOCUS SESSIONS

Start a focused session for a duration that works for you. During an active session, Bastion helps keep selected distracting apps and features out of the way so you can concentrate on your task.

STRICT MODE

When you need additional accountability, Strict Mode makes an active focus session harder to cancel or modify before the selected session ends. This helps you stay committed when distractions become tempting.

FOCUS STATISTICS

Track your focus activity and progress over time. Use your statistics to understand your habits, measure consistency, and gradually improve the way you use your phone.

HOME SCREEN WIDGETS

Keep your focus goals visible without opening the app. Bastion provides home screen widgets for focus statistics, progress information, and active session details.

DESIGNED FOR FOCUS

Bastion features a clean, modern interface designed around focused use. The experience is built to feel calm and purposeful rather than overwhelming, helping you spend less time managing the blocker and more time doing what matters.

PRIVACY

Bastion is designed with privacy in mind. Core blocking and focus functionality is processed on your device wherever possible.

Bastion does not require an account to use its core features.

For complete information about data collected, shared, or processed by Bastion and its third-party services, please review the Data Safety section on Google Play and our Privacy Policy.

ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE

Bastion uses the Android Accessibility Service to provide its app and feature blocking functionality.

The Accessibility Service allows Bastion to detect when you navigate to an app or supported feature that you have chosen to block and respond by displaying the appropriate blocking experience.

Bastion uses Accessibility Service specifically for its blocking functionality. It does not use the service to record or transmit your screen content, keystrokes, messages, passwords, or other personal information.

The Accessibility Service permission is required for blocking features that depend on it.

TAKE BACK YOUR FOCUS

Whether you are studying for an exam, working on an important project, reading, or simply trying to spend less time scrolling, Bastion gives you the tools to create a more focused digital environment.

Block distractions. Start a focus session. Stay committed.

Bastion helps you take control of how you use your phone so you can focus on what matters.
