About BASSnet Safety & Quality 2.11
With the BASSnet Safety & Quality app, you can now instantly create Accident/Incident, Near Miss, Non-Conformity, Suggestion for Improvement, Finding, Defect and Claim reports directly from your mobile device as and when an event occurs or a finding is discovered.
The app also allows you to efficiently conduct onboard audits and inspections. Once the audit/inspection is completed, the updates can easily be synchronized to the BASSnet database when the device is connected to the internet. With enriched functionality and improved user-friendliness, your crew can easily run through each audit/inspection checklist item by:
• determining whether the item is compliant
• take a picture of any finding
• record audio
• upload image/video files
• insert descriptions
• assign Corrective Action with due dates,
or simply tap on a button to indicate compliance and instantly move on to the next item.
Checklist items can also be labelled and grouped based on your preference for easy navigation. An overview of all the checklist items with specific colour codes is readily available to provide a quick summary and access. Results of the audit/inspection can be exported at any time for paperless reporting and sharing.
