Barkwell Allergies

Barkwell Allergies helps dog owners take control of their dog's health by tracking symptoms, environmental triggers, and allergic load — all in one beautifully designed app.

WHETHER YOUR DOG SUFFERS FROM SKIN CONDITIONS, ITCHING, OR SEASONAL ALLERGIES, BARKWELL GIVES YOU THE TOOLS TO UNDERSTAND WHAT'S DRIVING THEM.

KEY FEATURES
Environmental Load Scoring
Barkwell analyses real-time pollen counts, air quality, humidity, UV index, wind, and temperature for your postcode — combining them into a single daily Environmental Load Score so you know when high-risk days are coming.

5-Day Forecast
See tomorrow's allergic pressure before it hits. Barkwell's forecast engine uses Google's weather and pollen data to predict your dog's environmental load up to 5 days ahead, with day-by-day commentary and early flare warnings.

Weekly Check-Ins
Log your dog's weekly symptoms with easy-to-use severity sliders. Over time, Barkwell learns which environmental factors correlate most with your dog's flare-ups and personalises its scoring to your dog specifically.

Flare Warning System
Barkwell analyses 7-day symptom trends alongside 48-hour forecasts to give you early warnings before a flare develops, categorised as Watch, Warning, or Critical.

Medication & Intervention Tracking
Log medications, bathing, paw wiping, bedding washes, and hoovering. Barkwell reminds you when treatments are due and shows how your interventions are reducing your dog's allergic load.

Actions Tab
Prioritised, context-aware recommendations based on your dog's current environmental conditions — with a clear impact score so you always know what to do first.

Trends & Vet Summary
Review historical symptom and environmental data in the Trends tab. Share a ready-made 14-day health summary directly with your vet in one tap.

AI-Powered Personalisation
Barkwell's machine learning engine analyses your dog's unique symptom-environment patterns over time, building a personalised model that predicts tomorrow's severity score specifically for your dog.
