Current deal making is largely built on a traditional relationship-based model which, is inherently not efficient nor effective. A deal makers ability (sell-side or buy-side) to find and close deals is only as good as their current deal making network. The reality is, there are deals and acquirors you know of and those you don’t, with the latter being MUCH larger. We look to bring transparency to the deal discovery process.
Bankers Deals is a deal origination platform, focused on the middle to lower market, where deal makers (sell-side or buy-side) can find the right deal or the ideal acquiror outside their traditional deal making network in just a few clicks.
