About Vyayama: Stretching Exercises
Vyayama is a clear, no-nonsense guide to 24 real stretches — built for desk breaks, tight hips, a stiff neck, or just a few minutes of moving well, without video ads or a cluttered feed getting in the way.
Every stretch here has its own illustration, drawn to show the actual position you should be in — not a shared symbol standing in for it. Stretches have genuinely different, recognizable body positions, so the app treats each one that way.
WHAT'S INSIDE
• 24 real stretches across eight body-region families — neck & shoulders, chest & upper back, lower back & core, hips & glutes, legs & hamstrings, ankles & calves, full-body dynamic, and wind-down
• Clear technique, benefits, and practice notes for every entry, written in plain language, not vague wellness jargon
• A practice timer built for real stretch lengths — 15 seconds to 3 minutes, not a yoga-length hold
• Favorites, so the stretches that actually work for you are always one tap away
• A practice journal that quietly tracks your sessions and streak, plus curated weekly collections ("A Week for the Desk," "A Week for Legs & Hips," "A Week to Wind Down")
• Full light and dark themes
• Browse by family, or search by name or benefit ("desk," "hips," "sleep"...)
WHO IT'S FOR
Whether you sit at a desk all day, warm up before a workout, or just want to move a little before bed, Vyayama is built to be a reference you actually reach for — not a full workout program, just the stretch you need, when you need it.
NO ADS, EVER
Vyayama doesn't run banner ads or video interruptions, and never will. If you find it useful, there's an optional crypto tip jar in the About screen — entirely optional, never in your way.
Vyayama is made by the same developer as Mudras, a hand-gesture practice app, Asanas, a yoga poses guide, Prana, a breathing exercises app, and Dhyana, a meditation techniques guide.
