IMPORTANT: you must already have an account with Aware to use this app.

Aware Capture is the easiest way for local governments and school districts to record, store, and share public meetings. Designed for transparency and public trust, Aware Capture removes the complexity, cost, and technical barriers that have made meeting video management painful for years.

Whether you’re a town clerk, school district administrator, board secretary, or communications staff member, Aware Capture makes it effortless to record meetings and get them online—fast, clearly, and reliably.

No complicated equipment. No training needed. No waiting for uploads. Just tap, capture, and share.

Why Aware Capture?

Local governments and school districts deserve tools built for their real-world workflows—simple, reliable, and affordable. Traditional meeting recording systems are expensive, hard to maintain, or require specialized staff. Meanwhile, residents rarely watch hours of recorded video, leaving communities uninformed and disengaged.

Aware Capture changes that. With a modern, mobile-first workflow, your team can focus on running meetings—not managing technology—while ensuring your community stays informed.

Built for Modern Transparency

Residents want clear, accessible information about what their local governments and schools are doing. But most meeting videos are long, hard to navigate, and rarely watched—leaving communities uninformed.

Aware Capture is part of the broader Aware ecosystem, which uses real-time AI to make meeting content understandable: summaries, explanations, topic breakdowns, and more. When combined with Aware Explain and Ask Aware, you give your community an entirely new level of clarity and accessibility.
