Freight moved between the U.S. and Canada is heavily regulated, and these days border officials rely on digital documents to make the customs process smoother. All carriers moving between the U.S. and Canada are required by Customs Border Protection (CBP) to submit electronic manifests either through the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE emanifest portal) in the U.S, or the Automated Commercial Information (ACI emanifest portal) in Canada.
The eManifest is an electronic manifest that contains all of the details of imports entering the U.S. and Canada. All carriers moving between the U.S. and Canada are required to submit electronic manifests and send their paperwork to their customs broker to clear their shipments. They are submitted to CBS and CBSA before the goods arrive at the border to make the customs process smoother and more efficient.
Our eManifest software is custom tailored to meet your requirements and provides the greatest level of flexibility and ease-of-use in the market. Whether you are a single operator or a multi-national corporation, we have an e-Manifest plan to suit your needs. Let our team of qualified professionals handle your eManifest needs and ensure your border-crossing experience is hassle free.
