See current public service availability and refresh it from the app. Open your sponsor account, credit and service details, public support, or account-deletion instructions through trusted HTTPS links in your system browser. The clear navy and blue ASL design keeps text and controls easy to distinguish.

UNDERSTAND THE SERVICE
The online service supports authorized public-information research, document preparation, and delivery. One-time credit packs are available on the website; existing legacy subscriptions are managed separately there. Sponsor accounts, purchases, processing, and delivery require an internet connection and applicable account and facility approval.

The Android companion does not create or display resident research results, process credit purchases, send resident messages, or log in to Securus. It gives adult sponsors a convenient place to read guidance, check availability, and reach the separate website. Offline help requires no account.

PRIVACY AND CONTROL
The app does not request or store Securus credentials, sponsor passwords, resident messages, payment-card details, contacts, camera or microphone input, or location. Searching the bundled help stays on the device. A service-status check makes an ordinary HTTPS request; server security logs may record connection metadata as described in the privacy policy. Website account use has separate data handling described in that policy.

Outside Access is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Securus Technologies. Facility availability and delivery depend on authorized access and applicable restrictions. The service does not bypass private accounts, CAPTCHA, multifactor authentication, paywalls, or other access controls.
