The application has been designed to capture the orders from retailer to distributor without interruption of sales manager.
The App will be used by two major business users: Retailers and Distributors. The retailers and distributors will have separate login credentials.
The retailer will place the order by just entering the product and quantity details and the order can be placed to distributor. The SMS and email notification will be sent to distributor having sales order details instantly.
The distributor will logged into the App and check the orders placed by retailers associated with him and service the same based on availability of the stock and confirmation from retailer. He can partially dispatch the material against the order and fulfil the part quantity based on availability of the product. The distributor can take photo of the physical invoice and attach the same in the App.
The respective sales manager will get notified about the sales order fulfilment by distributor.
The MIS report can be generated for the back office team as well as performance of the distributor and retailer can be measure through App.
