About MEGACMMS
MEGACMMS Reporter is an app that uses the MEGACMMS system — to report repairs, equipment problems, and track the repair status in real-time from your mobile phone.
📱 Easy repair reporting in 30 seconds:
• Scan the QR code on the device — the system instantly recognizes which device it is and where it is located.
• Select the problem from the pre-defined list — no need to type manually.
• Attach a photo or select from your image library.
• Press submit — the system automatically forwards the request to the maintenance department head.
📋 Track your request status:
• View all requests you have submitted — Pending / Assigned / Under Repair / Completed.
• See the name of the technician handling the request. Estimated completion date and time
• Notifications when status changes
⭐ Rate after repair is complete
• Evaluate the work done by the technician — helps your organization improve service quality
🔒 Security
• Login with email + PIN in the app
• Unlock with Face ID
• Data is categorized by organization — inaccessible to users from other organizations
