SmartHotels Guest is the in-room companion app for hotels using the SmartHotels platform. Once you check in, the app pairs with your booking and unlocks every service your hotel has decided to put at your fingertips.
What you can do:
• Real-time chat with reception — quick replies, request late checkout, ask anything.
• Order room service — browse the food, drinks, items and services menu, pay and get it delivered to your room.
• Hotel info on demand — opening hours, amenities, FAQ, house rules, in 6 languages.
• Smart room key — unlock the door from your phone (when your hotel uses Ezviz smart locks).
• Restaurant, spa and activity bookings — pick a slot, book and get a confirmation.
• Push notifications — receive announcements from your hotel, replies from reception.
• Multi-language — Italian, English, German, French, Spanish, Arabic.
This app only works while you are a guest of a hotel that uses SmartHotels. After checkout the session expires automatically.
