Application Purpose and Context

This is a private, enterprise-grade application developed exclusively for Asear S.A.S. E.S.P. employees. It is not a publicly accessible application; only registered employees can access it.

How to Test the Application (Demo Account)

Use the following credentials to perform the tests:

ID Number: 1013634100
Date of Birth: August 3, 1992

This account corresponds to an employee registered in our backend system (API developed in Ruby on Rails).

Authentication Flow
The employee enters their ID number.

They enter their date of birth.

The system validates the information against the employee database.

If the validation is successful, the application generates a time-based OTP (One-Time Password) code, similar to the token used by banks.

This OTP code is used on our web platform to digitally sign employment contracts.

Why does this application exist?

Previously, OTP codes were sent via SMS messages. However, due to reliability issues and message delivery delays, we decided to replace this mechanism with a mobile application.

The application acts as a secure mechanism that generates the OTP code required for the internal digital document signing process.

Device Linking

For security reasons, each employee can only have the application linked to one mobile device.

If an employee changes devices, an administrator must unlink the previous device from the system before the new one can be registered. This measure is part of our security protocol.

Section Under Construction

The "Visits" module is currently under development and is not yet available for use.

The application's main functionality, which involves generating the OTP code, is fully implemented and can be tested using the demo credentials provided above.
