About myPAC

myPAC is a free mobile application developed by ARENE (Energy Regulatory Authority) under Law 11/2017 of September 8, with the aim of protecting and promoting the rights of energy product consumers in Mozambique. The platform provides quick and easy access to real-time information on the location, availability, and prices at liquid fuel, compressed natural gas (NGV), and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) refueling stations, with future expansion planned for electric vehicle charging stations and battery replacement points.
myPAC allows citizens to identify nearby stations, compare prices with those officially approved by ARENE, check the availability of products and services, and find alternatives in case of unavailability. Using geolocation, users can plot optimized routes to the desired refueling point, saving time and resources.
In addition to providing information, the application promotes active consumer participation in energy sector oversight, allowing them to submit complaints and claims regarding product quality, customer service, or business practices. Through this feature, ARENE strengthens transparency, consumer protection, and effective market regulation.
The application features a modern, user-friendly interface and multi-language support, automatically updating information based on data verified by ARENE. It features customized filters that allow users to search for stations by energy type, service, or location.
