Despite what others have said, I actually think this app is brilliant! Sure it's not 100% smooth but it gives you the information you need on a map and that's all it needs to do. Also, ITS FREE! Calm your compaining and appreciate the hard work the developers have put into it.
Update: 5 Aug 2021. Still brilliant just using it to see when someone I am picking up will get to the station. I was looking for a rail equivalent of Flightradar 24 and found this. Its brilliant. Has details of freight trains and Eurostar.
for someone whose about to use the train service for the first time getting platform directions from people who dont speak a word of english is now a thing of the past, it was heavily getting fraustrating.
Works a treat for me, ok the map may lock up occasionally but just press the recenter button in the top right . I tested it at 3:50 am in the morning and got two sleeper trains passing within 10 mins of each other near my house and it was spot on . Thank you from an insomniac
