Comet Wing

Welcome to Comet Wing — a cosmic football challenge where space and quick reactions meet.

In Comet Wing you enter a horizontal playfield with two gates placed on opposite sides. A bright blue ball moves across the field, and your objective is simple: defend your side and send the ball into the opponent’s gate. You control one of the moving paddles, while the opposing side is controlled by artificial intelligence. Each player stays on their own half of the field, creating a dynamic back-and-forth match.

Before the match begins, a cheerful bright-blue chicken greets you and invites you to try an unusual form of space football. Around the field, glowing comets fly through the background, creating a lively cosmic atmosphere while you focus on the action.

The player starts the game with five lives, meaning five chances to miss a ball entering their gate. Each goal matters: when the ball passes a gate, it immediately returns to the center of the field and moves toward the player who conceded the goal, similar to the flow of a real match.

During every round the game tracks two main results:
• the duration of the round
• the number of goals scored

These results are later stored in the records section, allowing players to see how their performance evolves over time.

The match continues until all five lives are lost. When that happens, the round ends and the final statistics are recorded.

Comet Wing also includes a practical pause behavior. If the application is minimized or another app is opened, the game automatically pauses and displays a pause window. When returning to the game, simply close the pause window to continue the match exactly where it stopped.
