About AppWork for Maintenance Teams

We designed AppWork for service technicians working on-site.

With AppWork, your maintenance team can see which work orders and make readies they have assigned to them. Our cloud-based system provides real-time updates and provides a central location for all communication between the managers, residents, and technicians.

Also, through the app, they can contact the residents, upload photos, make comments, and mark work orders as complete.

NOTE: For the sake of data integrity, property managers using AppRent cannot complete work orders within the administration app. Only technicians can complete work orders through this app.
