Télégestion Appius

Remote management Appius is a time attendance application by mobile phone allowing your employees to
- Point at the beginning and at the end of their intervention
- Consult their schedule directly from their mobile
- Consult the directory of benefit recipients
- Exchange service messages with their management

This new version of the application offers a renewed and smoother user experience.

Appius remote management works with either of these two technologies
- NFC tags (RFID): To clock in, the employee approaches his phone to the NFC tag installed at the place of intervention.
This inviolable system makes it possible to guarantee the presence of the employee at the place of intervention
- QR Code: To clock in, the employee reads a QR code installed at the place of intervention.

Remote management Appius interfaces with the main software publishers on the market, allowing you to collect
your scores directly in real time in your business application. For structures that do not have software,
an extranet allows you to consult the scores of your employees.

Remote management Appius is particularly suitable for companies faced with the need to clock in their itinerant employees
at their places of intervention (home help, industrial cleaning, guarding, transport, etc.)

Additional modules make it possible to implement alert systems by SMS, voice call or email in order to warn
your management teams in the event of a check-in not being carried out (absence of an employee at the place of intervention or verification
the exit of a lone worker).
