Tarsia Maker

Tarsia Maker is an application designed for teachers and educators to create custom educational puzzles for their students. This tool simplifies the process of generating shape-based learning activities that can be used in classrooms to teach subjects like mathematics, science, vocabulary, and languages.

With Tarsia Maker, users can easily input their own questions and answers to generate matching puzzles. The application automatically formats the text onto various geometric shapes, such as triangles and hexagons, ensuring that the puzzle pieces fit together perfectly when the students match the correct pairs. This method of active learning encourages problem-solving skills and group collaboration among students.

The interface is built to be straightforward and functional. Teachers can organize their vocabulary words, math equations, or historical dates in the editor, and the application will handle the layout of the shapes. Once a puzzle is complete, it can be exported as a PDF and printed directly from the application. The printed sheets can then be cut out and distributed for classroom activities.

Key features of this application include:

A built-in editor to type questions and answers for rapid puzzle generation.
Support for multiple puzzle templates and sizes depending on the lesson requirements.
An export function to save puzzles as printable documents for offline use.
A local storage system to save progress and edit previous teaching resources later.
A dark mode and light mode interface for comfortable lesson planning in any environment.
Tarsia Maker serves as a practical resource for lesson planning. By providing a quick way to produce hands-on teaching materials, it reduces the time educators spend on preparation. The educational puzzles created can be adapted for any grade level and subject, making them a versatile addition to standard teaching methods.
